	GIFT VOUCHER REQUEST FORM Use the form below to request a gift voucher for a friend, family member or colleague. Gift recipients based in (or traveling to) Bangkok may visit our shop for measuring, fabric selection and fitting. If the recipient is not able to visit the shop, we will create a personalized online order form, which the recipient may use to place the order at his or her convenience. Vouchers may include shipping worldwide. Please note that for past customers, we can easily create suits, jackets, trousers or shirts based on measurements we already have in our files. For new customers, we recommend custom-tailored dress shirts, which we can create according to measurements submitted by the recipient.
